Policies

Please fill out the New Client Intake Form by email in advance of your session.

 To be effective and fair to all of my clients the following policies are honored: 

Required:

 a credit card number on file or prepayment to reserve your appointment.  Appointments made without a credit card guarantee or prepayment may be canceled by me, Elizabeth.

Cancellation Policy:

 Sometimes things happen, and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK.

There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Missed appointment policy:

 Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show".   They will be charged 100% for their missed appointment.

Late policy:

 Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment in order to get the full session time you have scheduled.

If you arrive late, your appointment will end at scheduled time.

You are responsible to pay 100% of the reserved service amount.

Out of respect to Elizabeth and her other clients please plan according.

 This time is scheduled just for you and only you, which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. Credit card on file will only be charged for missed appointment and cancellation made with less than 24-hour notice. 

 It is my commitment to help you get what you came for.
